Linking up this week with The Big Man’s World
Happy Wednesday! It’s a two-fer kinda day for me, linking up with a couple link ups. I enjoy so much seeing what people are up to and of course what kind of food everyone is eating.
Today has been a decent day so far, the sun is shining so I’m looking forward to walking my dog next. It’s amazing how a little sun can make you feel like summer’s around the corner… And the desperate want for warmer weather, pool time, flip flops, and bare feet. Ahhh…Summer. But spring first, I guess, right?! One day at a time. 😉
Here is what’s on my plate {and in my cup!}
:: First thing in the morning ::
Warm water with lemon.
:: Breakfast ::
1 scrambled egg, 2 slices bacon, 2 mandarins, and a couple spoonfuls of leftover brussel sprouts with coffee {and a little bit of creamer}
This was a leftover chicken salad with mixed greens, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, and a {homemade} balsamic vinaigrette.
I think these speak for themselves! Samoas Girl Scout Cookies 🙂
:: Dinner ::Â Not the prettiest picture, but ya know.
I do want to show you this:
Before & after of the brussels. So so pretty!
What is your favorite thing you have eaten this week?
-M
That all looks delicious and SO healthy! I have been trying to eat clean all week, my favorite was cooked cucumber, tomato, and chicken… it’s surprisingly really good!

Oh yum! Thanks for sharing your WIAW – I love reading everyone’s (and sharing mine .. though this week I was sick and it was boring). I love brussels sprouts AND sweet potatoes so much so your food looks divine!

Let me just say, I love your festive tablecloth! And those samosa, they are the BEST girl scout cookies. Those never last long in our house. I will have to make the husband brussels and bacons, because for some reason those are his 2 favorite foods but we haven’t tried them together!

Thanks:) its a bit corny, but ya know! I tried the brussels sprouts and bacon thing on Christmas…loved it! I was really surprised. So I’ve been trying it…I hear it’s good with some balsamic vinegar drizzled on top, too.

All your food looks so good! I think the best thing I have eaten this week was a quinoa salad I made on Sunday!

I love your festive tablecloth. The shamrocks are so fun! I hate the last of our Samoas last week…sigh. I’ve made so many tasty eats this week that I will be sharing. I just are a mess of creamy mushroom pasta bake.

Your brussels sprouts game is so strong! I’ve really been enjoying my giant bowls of green goodness (including zoodles, brussels sprouts, sauteed kale) topped with either 2 eggs or a sweet potato tuna burger
